I'd thought everyone here stuck, unable to return - some of the others certainly gripe about it! - but due to the odd magics, not due to any captor. Personally, I have stopped minding it so much: there is a mystery to unpick, and the people here have their charms. Recently, my sister came and said she was granted a single day's window to stay, so I suspect there are some few others who are also just here for the moment." She hesitates.
